Welcome to zoinsure.com. The zoinsure.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Holistic Business Consulting, LLC DBA ZoInsure ("ZOI"). zoinsure.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of zoinsure.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

You may cancel your consultation up to 24 hours before it begins and request to receive a full refund. If cancellation is made on the day of, you will receive a credit to reschedule at a later date. Credit must be used within 90 days or credit is forfeited.

zoinsure.com may contain links to other websites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of ZOI and ZOI is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. ZOI is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by ZOI of the site or any association with its operators.

Certain services made available via zoinsure.com are delivered by third party sites and organizations. By using any product, service or functionality originating from the zoinsure.com domain, you hereby acknowledge and consent that ZOI may share such information and data with any third party with whom ZOI has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service or functionality on behalf of zoinsure.com users and customers.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property

ZOI has no obligation to monitor Communication Services but reserves the right to review and remove content. ZOI may disclose any information to comply with laws or protect rights and safety.

ZOI does not claim ownership of materials you provide. However, by submitting content, you grant ZOI permission to use your submission for business purposes including reproduction and publication.

You warrant you own or control all rights to your submission.

Third Party Accounts

You may connect your ZOI account to third-party accounts. Doing so constitutes consent to share your data as described in your privacy settings on those services.

International Users

ZOI is operated from the USA. Users outside the USA are responsible for compliance with local laws. Do not access or use the Site where prohibited.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ZOI harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of rights of others.

Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. The prevailing party may recover legal fees. This clause survives termination of this agreement.

Class Action Waiver

All disputes will be arbitrated on an individual basis. No class actions or collective claims allowed.

Liability Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties. ZOI and its suppliers disclaim all liability for errors, delays, or damages arising from use of the Site. If dissatisfied, your sole remedy is to stop using the Site.

Termination/Access Restriction

ZOI may terminate your access at any time without notice. This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida. If any part is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

This is the full agreement between the user and ZOI. It supersedes prior communications. A printed version is admissible in legal proceedings. English is the governing language.

Changes to Terms

ZOI may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will replace prior versions.
